Apple is leading the pack
Samsung, LG, Google, Microsoft, etc. -- major tech manufacturers are constantly pushing out new devices to meet consumer demands for the latest and greatest. Apple is dominating this trend as evident in a recent report by Enterprise Management Associates® (EMA™):
- Business use of Macs has increased by roughly 40% in the last year
- 41% of orgs say supporting macOS and iOS will be very critical to the business in the next 2 years
- iOS owns 44% of the smartphone OS market and 38% of the tablet OS market
But there's a problem
According to EMA, more than half of organizations the support Apple devices say they've experience some difficulty with performing key Apple-focused management tasks.
